Keep doing what you’re doing dude I’ve been working in aviation on the ground for a few years now pretty sure that the only thing I want to do in the industry is fly now. Recently took a discovery flight that changed my life.

Completely spot on. Especially the chair flying and the purchasing of materials. In the beginning of my journey, I invested on a lot of things that were free on the FAA website. I would be told by this person to buy this.. by that person to buy that.. I cut that out immediately. We all have different "pockets" and not everyone is fortunate enough to have the "heavy pockets." I would just do my research and do what was best for me.
I chair fly every moment that I can. Even while I'm driving to work. By consistently putting yourself in the cockpit mentally it will create that muscle memory quickly and it will most certainly come a long way.

Love the energy and the instructions. I invested in a moderate setup for MS Flight Sim 2020 (pedals, yoke, and throttle). That is certainly helping my "chair flying" out so I am prepared when in an actual plane. I know they are different but the latest Flight Sim is spot on – very realistic.

Love the advice on doing your homework; at the end of every lesson I asked my instructor what we’d be doing the next flight so I could review (ground school material/flight training manual) to show up and be ready.
I stole a C150 and learned 🤪 back in the Islands and hired a instructor 🏝 after I finished my license I returned the 🔑 ….. 😎
Speaking of small aircraft, i learned to fly in my grandad's piper cub. Doesnt get much smaller than that!!
