I’ve been trying to learn for like a year, and this is the most clear and concise vids I’ve seen about trading.
You need to also talk about the risk, when you have so many condors on all the time you will have days that breach expected move and you will take bigs losses on the near term expiry positions.
Also tqqq has much less option liquidity and much wider bid ask spreads than qqq, so it can be much hard to exit and roll positions during volitility creating more risk. How much of your gains have you given back in a year, be honest and warm your viewers about downside.

Can you explain the stop loss a little more ? So you’re saying if you were going to make $500 on a trade, you would set your stop loss to 3x that so once the position goes $1500 into draw down, you would close the trade out?

Interesting! I started selling puts and covered calls (and occasionally, deep in the money calls) on TQQQ with weeklies in 2023 and it has worked well for me. I had some trying times when prices dropped in Q3 2024, but it forced me to learn how to adjust effectively.

Since watching an earlier video, and doing a fair amount of experimentation, I’ve been selling short strangles 7-14 dte on TQQQ for about 6 months. For the first time, investing and trading doesn’t feel like gambling. Being able to manage the trade through its lifecycle has finally made it feel like I have some control over my investments. I can see a runway to being able to substantially replace my income from my 9-5.
How large of an account is needed to begin trading with you?

Problem with credit spread strategies is that the 1 time you lose out of 10 wipes out all of the winnings of the 9 other trades. Rolling over a bad trade makes you feel like your stuck and just postponing the pain.
