He literally didn’t tell him what to invest in.
weird that they refused or couldn’t give advice because he lives at home, he’s literally just ahead of the curve and looking for guidance. with that 43k i would go heavier into etf rather than stocks but he should also look to buying a house in NJ and renting it out. that 43k he has from the accident is a gold mine of a startup. find a way to only put 20-25k down and rent it out while you’re still in that work study.
Only bad take dave has every given
Sell phyzer and Ellie Lilly duhhh bzzzzzzz 🐝🌹🍑🦋🍯🍯 stung ya dummies
They talk about an annual return of 10-12% but in my Roth IRA I only get a 3.7% return? I don’t get it?
rent is my entire monthly paycheck
Yeah I disagree with Dave on this one.. I'm 37, had to move back in with my parents 4 years ago after a relationship with a narcissist. She left me homeless for 2 years, and my family finally decided to let me move back in. I have a 6 yr old daughter as well that I pay $800 mo for in child support. I have nearly $80k saved up now though. I think my parents want to keep me here too bc I pay half their mortgage every month. They're going to miss me here pretty soon, I know that much
Moving out early to prove a point is terrible advice, glad I never watched this besides for the funny clips
He’s 23, still in “school”, still living with his parents, and he’s planning for retirement ???
The boomer adversion of living with your parents is so crazy. It's nothing like it was back when they were moving out of their parents house.
How to get rich :
Step 1 rent your own house and do t live with parents kuz y’all find that weird sonehow
Step 2 pay your own bills
Step 3 dig your own hole of payment and responsibilities “ got my own place “ has a good ring to it
Thank you for this information on the stocks, this is going to be insane. I thank you for your service in the stock price market mate. Bless you
It doesnt make sense why Dave would ask someone to leave their home to take on additional expense. 26 is a good age to stay at home until.
I agree with Dave on most advice he gives, but definitely not this. Considering the median pay has barely changed in the last 30 years while the price of houses have nearly doubled, it seems those who bought back then are a bit out of touch when it comes to this subject. Honestly, if your parents allow it, you should be living at home until you are in your late 20s at a minimum. I live in CT and you should see the price of a 400 sq ft studio condo…
Please could you start a show aimed at the UK? Obviously it's the country most similar to the US but with slight differences, would be interesting to get your advice!
Terrible advice what terrible out of touch advice. Why shouldn’t you live with your parents at 26 to 28. The social stigma? You’d be saving money on rent and be able to help your parents who might be aging at that point who said you can’t invest while living with your parentsweird weird advice
This was worth watching.
I like how you kept it concise.
im 33 and living with my Dad just stacking money like crazy and loving it. Fuck "social norms" fuck "peer pressure"…all of the people including Dave Ramsay, especially Dave Ramsay…do not share your bank account nor your lifestyle…which often times much smaller than the people they keep telling to move out.
Crypto momentum isn’t just hype , it’s positioning, timing, and knowing when to scale. I started layering in around $10k, now sitting just above $109k. Not from luck or moonshots, but from sticking to a structured strategy and real guidance.
My eyes are blessed.
The Dave Ramsey show is horrible. Why would you tell that kid to move out of his parents house if he's saving money??!! Sounds like they're almost jealous and if my parents let me stay there I would have done that and it is a matter of fact I still will be living with my parents creating a huge bankroll
